Life means suffering, the Buddha decreed about 2,500 years ago. That’s how it was during his time, and that’s how it is today. The Buddhist axiom fits the modern times like a glove. Fear of death, disease, poverty or other shortcomings, violence of all kinds, make the daily menu of your existence excessively bitter and sour. And they’re not the only ones. You also get something special. Essential. An ingredient that alters your life to the fullest. Which you create with your own little hand. Subtle. It’s the mind.

What am I beating the drum for here? It’s *the body of suffering*. It’s about the pain generated by the choices you have made and are making in every moment. And which catapults you either into the future or the past. And keep you away from the present moment. A No to everything that is now and here. The stronger the opposition, the greater the suffering.

Where does this wall of pain between you and reality come from, when it is notorious that you were created to be happy? The mind asks and it’s also the mind that must  give you the answer. And that’s difficult. Because it is full to the brim of worthless judgments about the present. It tirelessly pulls labels from the drawers of past experiences for every here and now. Before you had the chance to enjoy what was happening to you, it had already verbalized everything. In the blink of an eye it’s conceptualized. And You, depending on the verdict it gave, you will have a good or bad reaction.

MAXIMUM FRAUD !!! You are invited to dinner and instead of food you only get the pictures in the menu.

This reactive mechanism of the mind feeds our *body of suffering*. A field of negative energy that feeds us with harmful thoughts and poisons our being.

After all, how could an event change, just because you *decorated* it with a label? It’s raining this week. It’s raining and that’s it. Even if the media shouts on all channels that nature is attacking again. Water down the drain. But you have already created a problem. You feel wronged. You resist. You can’t accept a simple fact. It’s raining. The harmful energy of pain, sadness or violence replenishes your *body of suffering*. Like you would ever need that.

The body of suffering is a useless garment. Take it down. As soon as possible. How?

Give up labeling. Without comparisons, concepts and judgments, life is much simpler. Beautiful. Free of conflicts. Say YES to Existence with all your heart. No one is against you. Even if the order of things is not clear to you, nothing is left to chance. Rest assured that the Universe is not struggling, just to do things in spite of you. There is something above you and the fantasies of your limited self …. It is God’s Will.
